About Us
Mr. Zomber is the founder of the Law Offices of Peter J. Zomber. He has tried in excess of 60 jury trials to verdict in state and federal courts in California, Oklahoma, Kentucky and Washington. Mr. Zomber is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates as well as a member of the Top 100 medical malpractice lawyers.
Mr. Zomber has vast experience in multiple areas of litigation. In addition to providing the defense of hospitals and doctors, he has tried cases and/or litigated cases in the areas of legal malpractice, products liability, business litigation, discrimination, premises liability, FELA, sexual harassment, elder abuse, construction defect, property disputes and neighbor disputes and view rights.
In addition to his trial and litigation experience, Mr. Zomber is well recognized as an expert in the area of defense of therapists both in state court and in administrative proceedings brought by the Board of Behavioral Science Examiners and the Medical Board of California.
Mr. Zomber is an often requested mediator. With his four decades of experience in trial and in mediation, lawyers on both sides can rely on him to understand their challenges to settlement.
